The camera only supports 2.4GHz WiFi signals, not 5GHz or smartphone hotspots. 5. The camera can capture 4K or 1080P video, but to conserve SD card space, it will record at 640P for 1080P settings, and 1080P for 4K. 6. After iOS system updates, the software may need to be re-adapted, and during this time, WiFi configuration may not be successful. You can try reconnecting the camera by clicking "+" on the app homepage and selecting "Add to LAN".
